Annual Meeting of the Barcelona Medical Photonics Network

The Barcelona Medical Photonics Network aims to bring cutting-edge photonic technologies to clinical research and ultimately to routine clinical use through the interdisciplinary cooperation of eight prominent health institutions in Barcelona, their research institutes and ICFO.

On the 7^th of April 2022, the BMPN will host its annual meeting “Perspective on Photonics in Neurology and Neurocritical Care“, with a special focus on non-invasive brain monitoring in neurocritical care, clinical neurology and neurosciences. The event will be presented by TinyBrains researcher Turgut Durduran. Doctor Joan Sánchez de Toledo will be also giving an overview of the JointLab between the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital and ICFO.
